How this dashboard works
Coverage begins when the aggregate system receives its first permitted event. Qazaq Lens records only a fixed allowlist of actions: evidence lookups, copied or shared responses, source opens, downloads, embeds and aggregate unmatched demand. Editorial counts derive from the correction workflow and recorded public outcomes.
Counts are actions, not people or proof that a reader changed their mind. If the live aggregate API is unavailable, the evidence-library totals above remain valid while live sections explain the limitation.
